The Model continued their Live Lunch series yesterday, with a rousing gig from Sligo band Oddsocks Revival at the RehabCare Offices in Lakeview Business Park. The band played a lively funk and blue set to a great crowd and plenty of dancing enthusiasts.
The performance is the second one to take place as part of The Model’s Live Lunch programme, which sees a number of performances taking part over lunchtimes in office/work spaces all over Sligo. It’s all part of New Spaces for Music programme which looks to bring live music into unusual places, challenging how we listen to, and encounter, live music.
A special thanks to RehabCare for inviting the Model and Oddsocks Revival over, and for the lovely barbeque put on especially for the afternoon.
Check our Flickr set for more images from the gig.
